MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is facing another legal battle, as global delivery giant DHL has filed a lawsuit against him in Hennepin County, Minnesota, seeking nearly $800,000 for unpaid delivery services. According to the Minnesota Star Tribune, Lindell’s company has failed to make payments for pillow deliveries, adding to his mounting financial woes.
The lawsuit claims that MyPillow made only two of the 24 scheduled payments agreed upon under a debt repayment plan with DHL, which had originally signed a $4 million per year contract with the company in 2015. A revised agreement was made in 2023, requiring MyPillow to pay monthly installments of $32,291.67 to settle a debt of $818,493. The company made two payments in April, but no further payments have been made, prompting DHL to pursue legal action.
Lindell, a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump, has been struggling to keep his company afloat after facing multiple lawsuits related to his claims of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election. He is currently being sued by Dominion Voting Systems for hundreds of millions of dollars over his false claims that its machines were rigged. Lindell was also ordered to pay $5 million to a computer expert who disproved his claims of Chinese interference in the election.
Despite his financial troubles, Lindell has remained defiant, stating publicly that he has no money and owns only a house and a pickup truck.
